Ordering

Sure! This is possible during checkout. For this, you can choose to enter a different delivery address than the billing address. Handy when you are not at home or of course to send someone a gift!

It may happen that a mistake has been made or something has happened to the package in transit. Of course, we want to resolve this as soon as possible. Within 3 days of receiving your package, please take contact with us. We will do our best to address the complaint as soon as possible.

To assess the complaint, we would like to ask you to provide the following information:

  • Photo of the damaged product
  • Photo of the damaged shipping box

Post-payment is not possible at Your Dog's Boutique. We want you to actually buy something if you have the budget for this as well. We would not like to be the cause of money problems. However, you can pay by Credit Card and this will of course be debited from your account later.

Yes, after your order has been dispatched you will receive a track & trace code. With this track & trace code you can follow your order.

Shipping costs depend on the country the parcel is to be sent to.

  • Belgium: €8.95 free shipping from €80

  • Germany: €9,95 

  • Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Denmark, Monaco, Austria: €15,-

  • UK: €18 (Any import costs, VAT and customs duties are for your own account).

  • Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden: €20,-

  • Ireland, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece, Malta, Cyprus: €25,-

  • Norway, Switzerland: €25 (Any import costs, VAT and customs duties are for your own account).

  • Orders are always dispatched no later than the next working day. Do you order at the weekend or on a public holiday? Then we try to send the order the next working day.

You can return your order, provided it is in its original condition and packaging, within 14 working days by sending it to us by post to the address below. The costs of returning the order are for your own account. When returning the entire order, any delivery costs will also be refunded. If you keep one or more products from the order, any delivery costs will remain at your own expense.

You will receive the refund within 14 working days of receiving the return, provided the product has been received back in good order.

Unfortunately, exchanges via the webshop are not possible. If you still want a different product, you can return the order and place a new online order. You can return an already placed order within 14 days, as soon as the return has been processed you will receive a refund.
