Your Dog's Boutique values your privacy. We therefore only process data necessary for (improving) our services and treat the information we collect about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of Your Dog's Boutique's website and related services. The effective date of these terms and conditions is 14/02/2025. Webshop software
WooCommerce
Our webshop runs on WooCommerce. The personal data you provide to us is shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, but will never use it for other purposes. WooCommerce takes appropriate security measures, such as SSL encryption and a strong password policy. They use cookies to collect technical information, but do not store personal data. WooCommerce may share data within their own company to improve services.
WooCommerce hosting
Our webshop is hosted by AndersCloud86. Personal data you provide is shared with this party. They have access to your data for technical support, but do not use it for other purposes. AndersCloud86 takes security measures such as SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss.
Web hosting
Cloud86
Our web hosting and email services are provided by Cloud86. They process personal data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes. Cloud86 may collect metadata about the use of the services, but this is not personal data. They have taken technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss and misuse of your data and are contractually bound to confidentiality.
E-mail and mailing lists
MailChimp
We send our newsletters via MailChimp. MailChimp does not use your name and e-mail address for its own purposes. There is an 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of each newsletter that allows you to easily unsubscribe. Your data is stored securely and MailChimp uses cookies and other techniques to gain insight into email reading behaviour. MailChimp may use data to improve their service and share it with third parties.
Office365
For business e-mail traffic, we use Office365. Office365 has taken appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of data. They do not have access to our inbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.
Payment processing
Buckaroo
For payments, we use Buckaroo. They process your name, address and payment details. Buckaroo takes technical and organisational measures to protect your data. They may share (anonymised) data with third parties to improve their services. They do not keep your data longer than legally permitted.
Reviews
WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews through WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review, you are required to provide a name and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so we can link your review to your order. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you for an explanation. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate security measures and may use third parties for their services.
Shipping and logistics
PostNL
We use PostNL to deliver orders. We share your name, address and place of residence with PostNL so that they can deliver your order. PostNL uses this data only for this purpose. If PostNL uses subcontractors, they may also receive this data.
MyParcel
For shipping orders, we also use MyParcel. We share your name, address and place of residence with MyParcel so that they can handle shipping. MyParcel only uses this data for shipping your order and may share it with carriers such as PostNL. They take appropriate security measures to protect your data and do not keep it longer than necessary to provide the service.
Invoicing and accounting
e-Bookkeeping.co.uk
For our administration and bookkeeping, we use e-Bookkeeping.co.uk. We share your name, address and order details for preparing invoices. This data is securely transmitted and stored. e-Boekhouden.nl is obliged to keep your data confidential and does not use it for other purposes.
Your rights
Based on the law, you have certain rights regarding your personal data:
