Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. When returning the entire order, any delivery costs will also be refunded. If you keep one or more products from the order, any delivery costs remain at your own expense. The costs for the return shipment from your home to our webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging has more damage than necessary to sell the product, we may pass on the depreciation in value of the product to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has been received in good order.
