Brush the coat gently before washing. Large knots should be carefully removed with scissors and small ones with our refresh+detangle grooming spray and a comb. We recommend diluting the cuddle+care shampoo 5:1 or use as is. Wet the coat with warm water and gently massage the mixture into the coat. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary. Dry and comb through with our refresh+detangle Grooming spray for easy grooming.
